If your plans change after you have registered, please let us know as soon as possible. Your down payment is non-refundable. However, we can transfer it to another camp, which we organize, unless it’s less than one month before the start of the camp.
Trail running Factory reserve the right to cancel the camp if a minimum number of participants is not reached one month prior the start date of any camp. In that case all payments will be refunded including down payment.
Trail Running Factory reserve the right to cancel the camp at any time due to circumstances beyond our control such as pandemic or natural disasters. In either case, if the situation occurs not later than 2 weeks before the camp, the payment will be refunded in 90% of your original fee paid (10% be used for bank transfers and prepayment costs of accommodation). In case it happens in last 2 weeks prior camp all money paid above the deposit will be refunded. In this situation deposit is non-refundable.
Trail Running Factory is not responsible for participants travel expenses and insurance.
